Subscriber Agreement

This subscriber agreement is between you (the user as an individual) and StockTradersPlace (a business operating under the domain name stocktradersplace.com). As set forth by StockTradersPlace, this subscriber agreement contains usage rights, restrictions and disclaimers pertaining to your use of the StockTradersPlace subscription service.

By subscribing to the StockTradersPlace subscription service, you are acknowledging that you understand and accept the terms of this subscriber agreement.

PLEASE READ THIS SUBSCRIBER AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE SUBSCRIBING TO THE STOCKTRADERSPLACE SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS STATED HEREIN, DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO THE STOCKTRADERSPLACE SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE. BY SUBSCRIBING TO THE STOCKTRADERSPLACE SUBSCRIPTION, YOU ARE HEREBY AGREEING TO THIS SUBSCRIBER AGREEMENT.

1. Definitions:
1. "StockTradersPlace" means the business operating under the domain name stocktradersplace.com.
2. "StockTradersPlace service" means the StockTradersPlace subscription service.
3. "Ctabs" refers to the StockTradersPlace Ctabs functions, capabilities, knowledge and outputs.
4. "StockTradersPlace material" means any and all material and information on the stocktradersplace.com web site - including but not limited to the StockTradersPlace service and Ctabs - as well as anything derived from stocktradersplace.com or StockTradersPlace.
5. "you" means the user as an individual that has subscribed to the StockTradersPlace service.
2. What this subscriber agreement permits you to do:
1. You are granted the right to use the StockTradersPlace service for your private informational purpose.
   Your rights under this subscriber agreement are extremely limited and confined to your private use of the StockTradersPlace service. It is clear from the statement in this section that you, and only you, are permitted to use the StockTradersPlace service for your own private informational purpose - NOT FOR BUSINESS OR COMMERCIAL USE. You are not granted any other rights under this subscriber agreement. The following section which explicitly covers what you may not and shall not do is comprehensive though not necessarily exhaustive and in the absence of any statement of "may not and shall not", the statement in this section is again referenced as to what you may only do.
3. Restrictions of this subscriber agreement:
1. You may not allow any other person to use your subscriber account.
2. You may not copy or distribute any StockTradersPlace material through electronic or physical means.
3. You may not sell, rent, lease, license or sublicense any StockTradersPlace material.
4. You may not offer any service or subscription arrangement through your use or anyone's use of the StockTradersPlace material.
5. You may not use StockTradersPlace material or Ctabs to develop any software, service or other technology having the same inherent function as Ctabs, including but not limited to using Ctabs in any design, development or testing that seeks to implement like software, service or other technology, or to determine if such software, service or other technology performs in a similar manner as Ctabs.
6. You may not create derivative works based on StockTradersPlace material.
7. You shall not deface, defame, represent or misrepresent stocktradersplace.com, StockTradersPlace, the StockTradersPlace service, Ctabs or the StockTradersPlace material - including but not limited to names (such as StockTradersPlace and Ctabs), logos, software, files, documents and web pages - in any fashion or manner.
4. Disclaimers:
1. The StockTradersPlace material is for informational purpose only and StockTradersPlace assumes no liability for your use or interpretation of any StockTradersPlace material. StockTradersPlace does not make stock trading recommendations implicitly or explicitly. Stock trading involves risk and your trading decisions are yours alone.
5. Concluding Notes:
1. In the event that you fail to comply with this subscriber agreement, StockTradersPlace (at its own discretion) may terminate your StockTradersPlace subscription service; all other rights of both parties and all other provisions of this subscriber agreement will survive any such termination.
2. This subscriber agreement grants you extremely limited rights to use the StockTradersPlace service. StockTradersPlace retains all rights, title, interest and ownership (including all copyright and intellectual property rights) in/of/to the StockTradersPlace service and StockTradersPlace material. All rights not specifically covered in this subscriber agreement, including International copyrights, are reserved by StockTradersPlace.
